My Approach
A Chrysalis serves as both the Womb of a butterfly, and the Tomb of the Caterpillar. I, like the Chrysalis, serve in both spaces of transformation. I honor impermanence and see Birth and Death as part of a shared human continuum. My non-medical doula care is rooted in sacred presence, dignity, and deeply attuned to the wisdom already living inside of you.
About Me
I'm Trish- a full spectrum doula, a former Neonatal ICU nurse of 11 years, and a companion for all who are crossing thresholds of life, loss, and identity. My work lives in the space where transformation happens, the Chrysalis, and I walk with families through whatever their journey asks of them.
