Born from a desire to meet the Grief support needs of my peers in the medical community as well as others actively involved in beautiful spaces where Grief commonly exists, I've created Sonder Space Workshops. While themes and frameworks overlap and include mortality, grief as a mirror, neuro-regulation strategies, opportunities for emotional release, grief witnessing, and connection with community, each workshop is individualized to the Intention, Set & Setting of the container. Allow me to guide a dedicated space for Grief and Integration.
